Servicing a SAM Commercial ball machine requires accessing the inside of the machine.  To access the inside of a Coach/Sport follow these two steps:

SAM Coach service door

For SAM commercial machines made in 2007 or later, loosen (do  not remove) the bottom two Phillips head screws and remove the top two Phillips head screws.  Lower the rear service door.

SAM Coach wrap

For machines made prior to 2007, undo the eight Phillips head screws (four on each side) holding the wrap in place.  You might also have to remove the handles (two 5/32" Allen head screws) and the elevation handle (3/32" Allen head screw).
