Community Guidelines
Master Sports Community Guidelines
Master Sports communication tools are for adult family account holders, coaches, employees, staff, and administrators coordinating youth sports programs. Account holders must be at least 18 years old.
Be respectful and relevant. Keep team comments and chats focused on schedules, practices, games, staffing, and program coordination.
Not allowed. Do not post harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, spam, scams, illegal content, or private information you do not have permission to share. Never use the app to endanger or exploit a child.
Safety controls. Use the communication menu beside content to report it or block a non-administrator user. Blocking hides that user's peer content from you and prevents direct peer communication where supported. Operational Master Sports notices may remain visible. You may also contact service@mastersports.com.
Enforcement. Master Sports may automatically filter content and may remove content, warn users, limit communication access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when appropriate. Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible, with urgent safety concerns prioritized.
