What information do we collect?

SMS/Text Messaging

If you are an employee or job applicant of Master Sports, you may separately opt in to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages from Master Sports. These messages may concern your application, scheduling updates, shift reminders, availability requests, and operational announcements.

Information Collected: When you opt in to SMS communications, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time of your consent, and records of messages sent and received.

Voluntary Consent: SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for or accepting employment.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 10 messages per week, depending on your application status, work schedule, and operational needs.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

No Sharing: No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers solely as necessary to deliver and support the messaging service.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

Optional Advertising Measurement: We also use optional advertising measurement technologies, including Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Meta Conversions API, to measure whether advertising campaigns lead to registrations, purchases, event inquiries, or other site interactions. These optional advertising technologies do not run unless you choose to allow Advertising measurement in our Privacy choices tool.

When Advertising measurement is allowed, these services may collect or receive information including:

  • Pages visited, products or programs viewed, and interactions with site content
  • Registration, checkout, purchase, event inquiry, or other conversion events
  • Device type, operating system, browser information, IP address, and approximate location
  • Referring website or advertising source that directed you to our site
  • Date and time of visits and events
  • Advertising click identifiers and related campaign parameters

Association with Personal Information: Information collected through first-party analytics and, when allowed, optional advertising measurement technologies may be associated with information you provide when you register, place an order, submit an inquiry, or otherwise interact with our services. We use this association to understand site performance, improve our offerings, attribute registrations and purchases, and measure advertising effectiveness.

How Google and Meta Use This Data: Google and Meta may process information collected through their technologies in accordance with their own policies. Your Choices: You can accept, reject, or change optional Advertising measurement at any time by selecting Privacy choices in the website footer. We remember your Advertising measurement choice for approximately 180 days on the browser where the choice is made. You can also manage browser cookie preferences through your browser settings and manage Google Ads preferences at Google Ads Settings.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Our website, products and services may —in part— cater to children under 13 years old, but all information is provided by their legal guardians.

In-App Messages, Chat, and Notifications

When you use team comments, coach chat, workforce messaging, or notifications, we collect the content you submit, the participating account identifiers, timestamps, delivery and read status, device identifiers needed for push delivery, and reports or blocks you create. We use this information to provide communications, deliver operational notices, enforce our rules, investigate safety concerns, prevent abuse, and support users.

Communications may be processed by service providers that host the app or deliver email, push, or SMS messages. We do not sell message content or SMS opt-in data. We retain communications and safety records as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention.
